I had exactly the same problem and have in the arm, which had not had a period of one years I never stress or mood swings and had no side effects nad their implant, unlike a painless procedure because the coil itself does not feel his arm, and nothing is for 3 years (unless you leave earlier) its been a great change in life for me and I would recommend to anyone.
